Sylvanside Farm is truly something special. I knew it was the perfect venue the moment I pulled onto the property- the kind of immediate, overwhelming feeling that you can’t really explain but just know. The beauty of the grounds, the peaceful surroundings, and the charm of every corner of the farm created such a sense of calm and excitement all at once. It felt like the exact place I wanted to begin such an important chapter of my life. What stood out to me most was the atmosphere the farm creates. It’s elegant without trying too hard, rustic without being rough, and romantic in a way that feels completely natural. The barns, the fields, the historic touches, and the overall warmth of the setting all come together to make the entire property feel like a dream. You don’t just see the beauty, you feel it. The team at Sylvanside was equally wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their couples shine through in everything they do. They make the planning process feel smooth and supported, and it’s clear they truly want your day to be perfect. My whole planning process was stress-free. Choosing Sylvanside Farm was one of the easiest decisions I made. The experience has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish, and I’m so grateful to have found a venue that feels so meaningful and magical. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a place that will take your breath away and make your wedding day unforgettable. Our day was perfect!

Milton Ridge was an incredible place to get married! The beauty of the venue and the inclusive wedding options (i.e. catering, DJ, etc.) made this the absolute perfect place to say, "I do!" The getting ready suites were superb & made the day of preparation before the ceremony seamless. The chapel was so beautiful and such a great little spot off the side of 355. Our guests still comment on the simplicity of how we decorated the chapel, and how beautiful the white walls and natural light streaming in were during the ceremony. I was not sure how we'd get group photos on the property... and our photographers were able to use the beautiful stone and green areas within the venue to capture the most beautiful photos of the bride, groom and the wedding party! Guests are still RAVING about how convenient it was to walk up a few stairs to the cocktail hour AND into the reception. They marveled at the ease... park your car, attend the ceremony and then stay and party all night long until it's time to leave! The reception hall was beautiful; the buffet food was to die for; and Meghan and Brandi ensured that EVERY detail of our wedding day was accounted for, seamless and flowing without any hitch! I cannot recommend Milton Ridge enough! Thank you for making our wedding day the most memorable and BEST day of our lives! We owe it to this team, this venue and their support with planning our wedding every step of the way!

AMAZING! Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. You won’t be disappointed.

The Hand Chapel is gorgeous and the staff was so helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling and touring the venue. It was also super affordable, considering my husband and I were getting married a little bit younger it was nice to be able to still have the chance to get married in such a beautiful location on a budget. The cherry on top was this beautiful sunset that we ended up seeing right before our cocktail hour. I'm so happy that we made this decision to have our special day here.

As a wedding planner, I get the opportunity to work in many venues in Washington, D.C. But there's something truly special about one of D.C.'s newest hotels, Viceroy Washington DC. From the moment I first stepped through the hotel's front doors, I was impressed with the hotel's luxe, stylish and modern details that celebrate local artists and musicians. The photo ops are truly endless! But above all, what's most memorable about Viceroy Washington DC are the people. The events and food and beverage team go above and beyond to ensure that your event will be a success. We navigated numerous challenges due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Kate and the entire team made what could've been an incredibly stressful process, so easy! Due to local guidelines, we needed to move our indoor event outdoors. With Kate's help, we were able to seamlessly pivot to a beautiful event on the hotel's outdoor heated patio. The food and beverage program is outstanding and safety is considered every step of the way. Can't recommend Viceroy Washington DC highly enough!

We chose Brookside Gardens for our wedding because it's such a beautiful location and so close to DC where we live. We worked with Jennifer and her team along the way and they were responsive and incredibly helpful (giving us ideas for how to set everything up, what couples have done in the past, etc.) We had our wedding in the Yew Garden and our cocktail hour in the Fragrance Garden before moving inside for the reception and it was all stunning and we were able to go to several spots in the gardens for our golden hour photos (Japanese Tea House, rose garden, I could go on and on!) We had our wedding at Met Cafe on September 21, 2024, and I can honestly say it was everything Chris and I dreamed of and more. From the very beginning (from touring Met Cafe to the day of the wedding), the experience was seamless. Des So (venue owner) went above and beyond to help us coordinate every detail for our wedding of nearly 200 guests with my wedding coordinator (Jennette Le- Lilo Weddings). His care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the day unforgettable while making coordination between all vendors seamless. One of the most magical moments of the day was our first look on the rooftop, with the stunning view of the National Monument behind us. It was picture perfect, literally. We took some of our favorite wedding photos there, and it gave our day an elevated, iconic DC/urban city feel that we’ll treasure forever. The venue itself was beautifully set up to reflect the fusion of cultures (Chinese, Korean, Laotian) we hoped to celebrate. The layout, decor, and overall vibe perfectly captured that feeling of warmth, love, and unity. Throughout the day, our family/friends kept commenting on how well everything came together. It wasn’t just a wedding, it felt like an experience that brought everyone closer, which is exactly what we wanted. And the food, literally chefs kiss- amazing! The venue’s in-house catering absolutely blew everyone away. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (and we agree!). Every bite was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert. We are beyond thankful to Met Cafe and our vendors for making our wedding not just a special day, but a joyful, meaningful celebration of love, family, and community. If you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance, professionalism, and heart- look no further.

Mess Hall was a dream venue for our reception! From start to finish (pre-planning to the wedding day), the team was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. We picked Clyde’s because the location was close to my church, where we did the ceremony, and because it was one of the few venues in that radius that fit our budget. I picked Clyde’s for practical reasons and looking back I couldn’t have made a better choice. I always knew I wanted my wedding reception to be fun and relaxed and have plenty of good food and drinks for my guests. Clyde’s so fit the bill. First, the food is simple yet delicious. We already knew that from dining there, and the tasting confirmed it. We were able to make menu choices to please everyone. Second, our room was beautiful and uniquely decorated and that makes a fun atmosphere. It was large enough to fit all our guests and have room to dance (we had about 50 people, but could have fit more in the room.) finally, the service was exceptional - all our guests commented on how great the servers and bartenders were at their jobs. We felt so welcome. The event staff went above and beyond to work with me to decorate and set tables to my specifications. If you are considering Clyde’s, I highly recommend them. DC wedding venues are expensive and Clyde’s was one of the few places we could afford, but even if our budget was higher, I couldn’t imagine a better experience.

We knew The Tower Club Tysons would be our wedding venue the minute we stepped off the elevator! The vibe, the ambiance, the views, the food, and the team were just everything we wanted for an intimate, elegant wedding! From the get-go, our consultant Lindsay and her team made us feel welcome and heard and no matter what we asked for or wanted, they were super flexible and accommodating to our needs. For instance, we're Persian and for Persian weddings we have a traditional table layout called a sofreh. When we told Lindsay about it, she again was very accommodating and showed us the perfect setting for our sofreh. Additionally, our original wedding plans for a destination wedding ended up not working out and we had to switch to plan B and have our wedding locally, so we only had around 4 months until our wedding date (they also had availability for the exact date we requested in October) when we first visited the Tower Club and only about 3 months of solid planning after we signed our contract. Lindsay assured us that we would have plenty of time to plan and get everything together and that put our minds at ease right away. She was with us and guided us every step of the way and I can truly say that everything went as planned and was as stress-free as possible. Our wedding day/night was everything we imagined it would be and more -- the night couldn't have gone more wonderfully and smoothly, and a lot of the credit will have to go to the Tower Club's wonderful staff and team. Our guests all had a wonderful time and raved about the Tower Club's gorgeous space and views and the delicious food and drinks! Speaking of the view, you're on the 17th floor with lots of balconies and a beautiful, bird's eye view of the whole city. The sunset on our wedding day was DIVINE and something that not only our guests enjoyed during cocktail hour (we saw a bunch of them taking photos on the balcony during cocktail hour), but also something our photographer and videographer took advantage of for our photos. Lastly, the staff were helpful, accommodating, and all smiles until the very end of the night, which was something we truly appreciated. All in all, 10/10 we would recommend The Tower Club Tysons as the perfect, dreamy venue for the elegant wedding of your dreams!
