“I have been so excited to write this glowing review for the DJ services provided by Richard! Richard was phenomenal! First and foremost I feel like he was very thorough when we went over all the details over the phone ahead of the wedding. His DJ booth was able to show our engagement photos during the wedding as a slide show, but it also played music videos during open dance, which we all thought was so cool! I feel that he executed all of my requests to perfection, mind you I had certain songs starting and stopping at very particular times down to the second (I'm a bit of a perfectionist). Richard was not just your typical DJ hype man (which he absolutely was), but went above and beyond! Richard was the first person to hand me a signature cocktail from the bar and checked in to see if we needed anything as the night went on. He was also the guy that held up the bubble machine over his head so the photographers could get the desired shots for our bubble photo exit. Richard was there the entire night either playing a supportive role or playing music to get people on the dance floor. We had many compliments from guests about the music and how well everything flowed from event to event throughout the night. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Richard and honestly wish I had more needs for a DJ. Because we enjoyed our experience so much, we will definitely try to find celebrations we could have DJ service for in the future. 110% recommend and would use again!”

The venue was renovated beautifully but kept historic (there are many photo ops). The team was professional and extremely helpful in every way. Our guests raved about the atmosphere, food, and drinks. The room was flipped quickly during cocktail hour. The food was served efficiently, and they accommodated all guest allergies. They kept us on schedule and really made the day go smoothly. We were able to take advantage of all their resources. You’re in good hands with the Franklin and their team!”

“We absolutely loved Forest Park Golf Course! They were so willing to work with the theme/ decorations we had in mind, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or bringing too much decor over! Our coordinator, Tram-anh, was amazing! She communicated well all through the wedding process, and was there to help it run smoothly all night. She kept checking in on us and asking if we needed/ wanted anything, which we so appreciated! The wedding day goes so fast, I definitely recommend having a Tram-anh to help it flow smoothly! The food was AMAZING, and Chef was willing to work with us on a custom menu. We had hot dogs and mini sliders amongst other things, and everyone kept raving about the food all night! If we could get remarried here, we definitely would! Truly a one of a kind night Thank you FPGC for everything you guys do! 3”

“We could not recommend a better DJ for our wedding! We got married April 5, 2024 (so sorry for the delayed review!) and Matt was so helpful from day one of talking with him. We live in FL and he’s in Missouri, where we had our wedding and he was always quick to answer my emails and I never felt like all of my questions were ever bothering him. Matt met with us a few times to go over the songs, lights, expectations, and organization of how the songs fit into the sequence of our special day. He made the process so easy and made himself available to meet in the timeframes that we able to fly home and at a place that was convenient. Since he helped reduce stress in the beginning planning stages and he’s so personable, I knew he would be a great fit for our wedding! And… he was a wonderful DJ! The music was perfect, he didn’t play anything that we didn’t want to hear and everything that everyone loved! We picked out most of the songs we wanted during the evening and he played them without question, plus some perfect fitting songs that the guests would love! We are pretty picky people and Matt did a great job fulfilling the DJ role with our requests and making the night just absolutely lovely!!! There were no instances of equipment/technology failure, which is always a plus, he showed up early to set up and his pricing was better than other quotes I received. His voice was clear and professional, appearance was wedding appropriate, and execution of his DJ skills to make our night magical filled with great music and dancing was fantastic!!! “I'm so happy I could cry. My wedding photos are so dreamy and magical. Rachel and her husband really emphasized finding the perfect lighting and every single picture is stunning. They're such wonderful people, and I felt very comfortable around them. Rachel is laser-focused and made sure we got every shot, while checking in to make sure we weren't feeling overwhelmed and giving necessary posing instructions. She even helped zip up my dress and pin in my veil. My favorite part was when we were on golf-carts to the next location and she shouted "STOP! The lighting is beautiful," and she was right - we got some of the best pics from that spot. We had 2 zoom calls with them beforehand and Rachel helped us with our timeline, which was so helpful. She's very responsive with emails and her estimation of 5 weeks to get photos after the wedding was exactly correct. We didn't lose our deposit with them when we pushed our original wedding due to the pandemic. Even our engagement photos turned out amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.”

I have a dirty little secret… I never wanted to be a wedding planner. It was never something that was on my radar. The series of events that led me to this industry is, to be honest, not very exciting, inspiring, or important, really, so I’ll skip that part. (Feel free to ask me later.) What is important is that my heart is in help and service. Born and raised in St. Louis, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about local wedding vendors, traditions, and styles. But after working 12+ years in the industry, I’m down for anything and love working with a couple that has a unique style and vision for their day.

“Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.”
