The Great Room, which seats up to 200 people, is fitted with a large stone fireplace and several floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide easy access to the spectacular view beyond. The smaller Octagon Room has seven windowed sides– so no matter where you are inside, the scenic outdoors are never hidden from view! For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. They wanted a unique home with Colorado history so they modeled the building after Bent's Fort off the Santé Fe Trail. Originally it was supposed to be a summer home but decided to add the restaurant before construction was completed. The Fort has been owned and operated by the Arnold Family for 60 years. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size. Half buyouts and Full buyouts are also available. For your ceremony we utilize our "heli-patio" which features panoramic views of downtown Denver and surrounding foothills.
