Spread over 25 acres of gardens, The Brothers Ranch features palms, tropical flowers, and bamboo that helps transport couples and their guests to another place. This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 400 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. The staff is eager to help couples achieve the wedding day they have always wanted!

“My husband and I decided to get married At Brothers Ranch this last June for multiple reasons : Venue: the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The ranch is surrounded by tall bamboo and tropical florals/plants, making you feel like you’re somewhere in the tropics. We held our ceremony in the garden and had our reception in a modernized indoor/outdoor area that was alongside the garden area. There’s a beautiful encircled area in the bamboo garden where couples do first looks. Very intimate. The venue was spacious enough to occupy all of our guests and had room to spread out all events between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself so ideally you don’t need much decoration. Flexibility: We booked the venue for the entire weekend Friday- Sunday, which was very helpful as we didn’t feel rushed getting items to and from venue before and even after the wedding. We were able to set up and drop off most items on Friday and had time for rehearsal & had the luxury of picking everything up on Sunday so we weren’t rushed the night of our wedding. Most venues have required vendors however here at brothers ranch we were provided a list of preferred vendors however had the option of selecting our own vendors, with owners review. Owners: being able to work with the owners directly really sold us. Both Jonathan and Jessie are so kind, humble, and truly great individuals. From the very beginning, they both were very attentive to all questions, tours, and assistance as much as possible. I really respected how they wanted to ideally assist and make things as smooth as possible so truly all you have to do is enjoy your wedding day (allowing Friday and Sunday to prep and clean up). All in all we highly recommend both The Brothers Ranch as a venue for any event (especially weddings) and working with Jonathan and Jessie. You will not be disappointed as both the venue and couple truly made my wedding dreams come to life”

From her professionalism down to her attention to detail, there was not a single step of the planning process that we were not completely blown away by Autumn and her work! During the early phases of our wedding planning process, we had received 6 different floral proposals from various florists local to the Bay Area. Autumn's proposal blew every other company's out of the water! Coming in at 20 pages, her proposal outlined our color pallet and inspo photos for the conceptual design, the exact flowers (with pictures) she chose based on our vision, the exact vessels, candles, and candle holders she had in mind, and pricing for each bouquet, boutonniere, and arrangement. Shortly after receiving her proposal, and prior to making our final decision on florist, I flew into San Fran on a last-minute work trip. I reached out to her literally as I was touching down at SFO to see if she was available to meet at our venue to go over design and vision. Autumn immediately dropped everything and met me on site within an hour! That alone earned our business - she was committed to us and our vision from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Autumn ensured my husband I stayed involved in the decision making process, regularly sending options for different vessels, candles, candle holders, ribbon selections, and design preferences. On the week of the wedding, she asked if I would like updates as she arranged our florals to which I said OF COURSE! Daily she sent me the sweetest photos and videos of the bouquets, aisle arch, etc. which was the shining light pulling me through an incredibly stressful and busy final week of planning/travel! We truly cannot speak highly enough about Autumn, her amazing work, her attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and it was SO FUN seeing her on the day of our wedding after 2 years of planning together! “If you’re looking for a wedding planner - your search is over. Hiring Paige was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding, and I promise you’ll be impressed by her work too. We hired Paige about a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Throughout the entire process, Paige was patient with our questions, enthusiastic to help us achieve our goals and our outlandish ideas (whilst also helping us keep realistic on what was possible) and always went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Paige managed all of the vendor communications for us, which was a massive help whilst we juggled our full-time jobs and other commitments. Reflecting on the experience now, there is no way we could have found our vendors (who were absolutely phenomenal and largely sourced and recommended by Paige’s expertise) and managed the communication with them half as well as she did for us. She kept the entire wedding planning progressing, helped us work through difficult challenges as they arose, and became our number one confidant and trusted friend throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Paige was incredible. She was like a blur being everywhere at once, making sure guests, vendors and ourselves were properly cared for throughout the day (she brought us food and drinks, learned how to weave our table decorations (literally because I saw it on Pinterest), fluffed my train… she literally did it all!!). There was absolutely nothing we had to worry about or “sort” on the day as her team had everything completely in hand. She was incredibly professional and continued to go above and beyond for us, and we never once saw her without a beaming smile. It’s clear that Paige loves her job, and she invests every ounce of passion into ensuring her clients weddings are world class. “We are so thrilled that we hired 831 Catering for our wedding! Joseph, Kimberly, and their team were so great to work with and the food was incredible! We had a small, backyard family wedding of about 50 people, and everyone was so happy with their meals. We interviews a couple of local caters, and we were very impressed with Joseph and his recommdations for a menu. We had a grazing board, seasonal salads, steak (best steak ever!), fish, veggie pasta, seasonal vegetables, mashed pototoes, and small desert cakes. Joseph and Kimberly were such great people and so fantastic to work with. They made our whole day stress free. They arrived with their own set up and we can't recommend them enough!”

“This October, I worked with Elope in Monterey to have a small wedding with my immediate family in attendance. I feel so unbelievably lucky that Catherine was my photographer! I showed up to my wedding without ever meeting Catherine, but her warmth and friendliness made me feel comfortable immediately. As someone who is pretty shy in front of the camera (same goes for my partner), I was surprised by how comfortable I felt in front of Catherine's lens. She really let us be ourselves and joyfully captured all the silliness that makes us who we are. I also really appreciated her helpful directions and tips for posing, which she always delivered kindly. Catherine really made us feel like she was so happy to be there and for me, that really made my experience so pleasant and memorable! “Natasha was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. We signed up for her microwedding package, which included an engagement shoot and six hours of photography for our backyard wedding. From the very beginning, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. During our consultation call, we talked about our vision for the day and what we were hoping for our special day. At our engagement shoot, she made us feel completely at ease, capturing us naturally and authentically as a couple. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. She arrived early to scope out my in-laws home, planning out where the best spots on the property would be. Throughout the day, she was calm, organized, and so easy to be around, giving gentle direction when needed but also letting moments unfold naturally. She managed to capture every detail: from the quiet moments of getting ready to the laughter during family portraits, the ceremony tears, and every moment in between!
