We provide you with an Account Manager to help with all the details, from timelines to arranging florists, music, bakers and more. If we are doing the ceremony, we provide a Ceremony Coordinator too! Heather has more than twenty years of experience in wedding & special event planning, having executed over 500 events, ranging in size from 2-1,500 people. This includes 7-years as the Director of Weddings & Special Events for the town of Seaside, Florida, & 9-years as the owner of Defining Moments, specializing in destination wedding & event planning for the 30A area, Sandestin and Destin. She relocated to the metro-Atlanta area in 2021 & worked in the corporate event arena for Wellstar Health System. With a calling & personal passion for creating celebrations, she is excited to relaunch Defining Moments Special Events in Atlanta.
