Thank you for your message. I apologize that I did not meet your expectations, but I would like to clarify a couple of points in your response. All the songs that you put on your app were strictly followed, especially when walking down the aisle. I had your coordinator review and verify all the songs, following the notes you provided on your app, as well as the timestamps for playing everything. Regarding the dance songs, I have a folder containing all your song playlists and have followed your playlist based on that. And the song you described, which was cut off, you left a note on your app to play just the first minute and 35 seconds. The only time I played a handful of songs that were not on your list was when your guests started requesting songs, and you didn't impose any restrictions on the songs they requested. Your playlist was sufficient to play throughout your entire event, so I didn't add any additional songs, except for some of the song requests from your guests. And last but not least, I had a backdrop set up for your photo booth, but unfortunately, your coordinator sent me to a hallway that is only 2 1/2 paces in width, as she said it was the only available space she could provide me. I told her that I couldn't fit a backdrop in that space, and she said it was okay because of the available space in the venue. I completely apologise again that I did not meet all your expectations for your special day.
