Additional services: Uplighting- For your reception, we will create a nice atmosphere that will showcase the space. This will illuminate the existing walls, drape, tent, and ceiling to give the room an exquisite glow. This service allows you to switch colors throughout the night. -Custom Monogram- Customize your names & wedding date with beautiful Gobo designs that can be projected onto the dance floor, tent, ceiling, or wall.     Joey was hands down one of the best parts of our wedding. The dance floor was full from the start and never let up all night. He knows exactly how to read the crowd, keep the energy high, and get everyone involved. He’s also extremely personable and did a great job connecting with our guests, which made the whole night feel even more fun. We had multiple people tell us during and after the wedding how incredible he was and that he’s the best DJ they’ve ever seen at a wedding. He played a huge role in making the reception unforgettable, and we’d recommend him without hesitation.

    Joey G. Entertainment Dj & Uplighting was fantastic to work with for our wedding. Their communication was quick, effective, and consistent throughout the planning process. He was professional, friendly, and flexible. Joey even stayed longer than his contracted time to keep the dance floor packed all night. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ service to make our special day truly unforgettable.

    Roger Williams Botanical Center, 90 Guests, June 2025. Joey G helped make our event perfect and did a fantastic job the entire night - better than we imagined! For wedding prep, he sent us a questionnaire to fill out our requests/ideas for specific songs (i.e., processional, first dance) and general music themes (i.e., cocktail hour, during dinner), then had a call with us to go over everything and make sure he was pronouncing our wedding party members’ names correctly. In general, Joey was faster to respond via phone than email, so we recommend getting his phone number to get quick responses. Before the wedding, we provided some songs we wanted and he played them and seamlessly added more songs that fit the same vibe. He did a great job during the reception keeping the energy up and playing into the music that guests liked. He made sure to cater to all age groups, playing music to get older guests dancing earlier and music to keep younger guests dancing as it got later. Joey was very communicative with us during the event, which we appreciated greatly, and adaptable to our last minute music requests and timing of events changes. We also appreciated his accessibility the week of the wedding. He was happy to play songs we suggested on the day, and had good energy and a smile the whole event. He is an upbeat guy and seemed happy to be making other people happy. Would recommend!!!

    DJ Joey G was phenomenal!! He rocked the house. DJ Joey played all the right songs at the right time and when it was time for dancing, oooooh boy, he did not disappoint. I was nervous my family wouldn’t dance but he somehow got everyone up! Even my 90 year old Granny got out there with her walker! He was full of energy and even passed mics around and danced himself. The guests the next day couldn’t stop raving about him. If you need a GREAT DJ for your wedding, can’t go wrong with Joey G!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
