Founded in 2012 by leading musicians in the New York and Connecticut area, our mission is to provide a high quality and flexible string ensemble for any occasion.

String perfection!
Andrea and her group were so, so wonderful to work with! We hired them to perform as a duo (cello and harp) at the church for our wedding service, then as a trio (violin, cello, viola) at our cocktail reception at another location after. Throughout, Andrea was super accommodating, communicative, and seamless with logistics, playlists, and arrangements and delivered a top-quality tone and professional sound which was so well received. My only regret is that as the groom I was not able to simply sit and listen and enjoy! Pizzazz has a wide variety of songs and genres in their expansive catalog to choose from, and they were so pleasant to meet in person and were genuinely happy to be there. With so many moving pieces in organizing a wedding, hiring Pizzazz was a major relief in all aspects and let us focus on other areas knowing our string music was superb. Thank you!
Pizzazz Strings 10/10!!
Andrea and team at Pizzazz strings were so great to work with and SO TALENTED! For starters, they were so easy to communicate with and executed the day flawlessly. We worked with them for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and we were able to select our entire set list which was so fun to pull together and hear live. I walked down the aisle to Enchanted by Taylor Swift and when I heard the music start (which was unbelievably amazing) I immediately go emotional and knew it was really happening. I still can hear them playing in my head. I literally felt like I was in a movie walking down the aisle and they helped elevate that that. We curated our set list to be a mix of dance classics and current pop music and everyone loved it. The string quartet made the songs sound perfect. I remember Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter was playing and my friends all came up to us and were like "omg are you hearing this??" It was perfect. They were so professional and I couldn't recommend them more! I hope we get to work again together in the future!
Beautiful Ceremony Music
Pizzazz Strings was the perfect choice for our wedding ceremony music! We chose the full quartet for our ceremony and dinner and are so happy with our choice. Their performance was beautiful and truly added to the ambiance of our special day. They were easy so work with even as we had some last minute timeline changes. Highly recommend Pizzazz if you're looking for live strings at your wedding!
Amazing to work with!
We can’t say enough about how amazing Andrea was to work with and how awesome our music was for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Andrea is quick to reply and follow up, thorough with her information, and flexible and willing to work with you on whatever you can dream up (Metallic to walk down the aisle-no problem!). The song list is so extensive that we had no problem finding what we wanted and actually had a hard time deciding because we had so many choices! The musicians were professional and delivered exactly what we wanted….and they sounded phenomenal! Our guests raved about the ceremony and cocktail hour music and had a blast trying to guess the songs (we had a lot of rock/pop music included) being played by the string quartet. Our only sadness is that we got pulled away during the cocktail hour for an emergency and didn’t get to hear more of their beautiful music or thank them personally. Amazing to work with and hope we can get to use them for another event in the future. Thank you Andrea!
