Hi, My name is Robert. But most people call me DJ Prime. One thing you should know about me is I love weddings. Big weddings, small weddings, outdoor ceremonies in gracious gardens, intimate funky venues, you name it, I've done them all. But don't get me wrong, no matter how many weddings are in my future, never ever will it be a matter of being there, done that. No matter how many weddings I do, all my energy goes into each. For those precious few hours I am more than just a wedding dj in the Tri state area, I'm proud to say I am part of countless couple's lives.
My team creates an experience, from start to finish. at times i will add in my breakdancing into the evening to make your event even more memorable celebration. we are versatile and have bilingual employees when needed.

Good for a family of non-club going people
The communication with Prime 1 Productions could have been better leading up to the wedding. While they did a decent job overall with the music and entertainment, they could have done a better job reading the vibe of the room and playing more of a variety of songs that got everyone dancing. The person I booked with was not the one who actually came to our wedding, which was a bit of a surprise. However, the DJ who did come was very nice and tried his best, even though he messed up the intro to our first dance a bit. Overall, Prime 1 Productions provided a serviceable performance, but I wish they had been a bit more in tune with the energy and preferences of our guests.

Amazing company!!
So the DJ was actually my DJ for my sweet 16, ironically enough, ended up being my DJ for my wedding as well! He was amazing!! Helped hype up my wedding by even getting down on the dance floor breakdancing lol (my family and I loved that). Also so thankful because he shorted the length of my first dance with my husband because I was so nervous to dance. Would totally recommend him to anyone else looking for a DJ service!!
