Do you provide the alcohol?

Due to liquor laws, we are a dry hire mobile bar. This means we supply skilled bartenders who can craft a variety of cocktails and mocktails, from classic recipes to custom creations designed for the occasion.

What's the advantage of dry hire?

The most significant advantage is cost effectiveness! There's no minimum guest count or amount of alcohol you have to purchase to secure our services. Another benefit is that you control the alcohol brands we serve - and we can even recommend the most cost-effective liquor stores in your area!

How do I know how much alcohol to buy?

How is the signature mocktail/cocktail decided on?

If you already have a drink in mind, we'll make it! Otherwise, with a few simple questions, we can create a delicious signature drink, clearing the recipe with you first! Don't like the idea? We'll keep working together until you love it!

Is gratuity added to the package price?

There are two options: one is to allow your bartender to have a tip jar. If that doesn't align with your vision, we can also add a 20% automatic gratuity.

Do you require a deposit and/or contract?

Yes, we do have a service contract to protect both you as a client and us as a company. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date, which is applied to your final balance. If you cancel our services any less than 30 days before your event, the deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the invoice must be paid within 14 days of your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

An invoice will be emailed to you. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

How far do you travel?

We travel within a 75 mile radius of Hagerstown, MD. We can travel up to 150 miles for an additional fee.

Question 9

Will my bartender arrive before the event begins?

Accepted Answer

Your bartender will arrive 60-90 minutes before your event. This is not included in the number of hours you contract us for.

Question 10

What will my bartender be wearing?

Accepted Answer

All of our bartenders wear branded button-down shirts or polos (typically black) for a professional look, unless you have a theme or aesthetic you would like us to match.

Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Yes, our prices begin at $400 for 4 hours of bartending service.

Question 12

How many times do we meet before the wedding?

Accepted Answer

We recommend meeting 2 - 3 times. The first time will go over what your vision is, how many guests you're looking at, etc. The second meeting will be closer to your RSVP date so we can discuss how much alcohol, etc you will need. The final meeting will be if you wish to taste the signature drinks. All meeting except the third can take place virtually, over the phone, or via email - your choice!

Do you offer help with rentals?

If your venue lacks a bar area, we offer a portable bar setup for you. Please note, there is a nominal rental fee.
