We are a fully licensed and insured caterer in addition to our brick and mortar space in Essex Junction! There are so many ways for you to work with us from an event hosted at our wine bar to us catering offsite with or without our FABULOUS mobile bar trailer! Whether you’re booking us a natural wine program, craft beer, or full service we offer higher quality products than are often featured. Our staff are industry professionals with years of experience who will elevate any event and ensure smooth service. We bring an enthusiasm to every event that is unparalleled - we are so excited to work with each and every one of our couples!

    We hired Kayla and her Salt & Bubbles team as our bar catering for our October 2025 wedding and they were phenomenal! To start, Kayla is an industry pro and it shows. From our first conversation with her we knew we were in good hands - she has so many connections and experience with other local vendors. While we absolutely loved the trailer that they use for catering, Kayla's professionalism was half the reason why we decided to go with S&B over other bar caterers! During the planning process, she raised many concerns we wouldn't have otherwise thought about! Leading up to the wedding, Kayla was always in constant communication with us - from making our signature cocktail recipes to choosing our "fancy" plastic cups to hunting down the exact IPA my husband wanted for the big day. Day of, Kayla and her staff came early in her trailer, set up for cocktail hour, and had pre-batched our signature cocktails ready to go for our guests following the ceremony. Her staff was also lovely and warm, and throughout the night I noticed several of them personally checking in on me and my husband to make sure we wouldn't miss time away from our wedding to stand at the bar. Our guests absolutely loved the trailer and it was the perfect touch to our rustic venue and wedding vibe. Everything ran so smoothly. Overall, we are so happy with Kayla and the Salt & Bubbles team and would absolutely recommend them to cater your next event!

    I had the pleasure of hiring Salt & Bubbles Wine for our wedding on 10/4/25 at our home! They were lovely to work and communicate with, but they really went above and beyond when it came to the big day! The trailer they came with was so cute and totally our vibe, but the drinks were AMAZING. I highly recommend the hibiscus Paloma! We heard nothing but good things when it came to the smoked maple old fashion as well. Kayla and her staff helped us out big time when our caterer fell behind, and we are so grateful we had them there. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about them and I highly recommend hiring them for your event!

    I had the pleasure of working with Kayla (owner of SB) at my childhood friend's wedding that I coordinated/attended. Leading up to the big day, Kayla was super knowledgeable of her products and really helped guide the bride on her selections. She was quick to reply and detail-oriented. On the day, Kayla and her team did an amazing job kindly tending to the guests, were super professional and attentive. 10/10 would recommend Salt Bubbles for bar catering events!
