Hi! I'm Heidi, the owner behind Tipsy Gypsy. I started this business in 2018 because I truly love creating welcoming, joyful spaces where people can relax and connect. For me, bartending is more than creating drinks - it's about stellar hospitality, taking the pressure off the couple, and making sure guests feel cared for so everyone can truly enjoy the celebration and the memories being made.

Tipsy Gypsy is world's apart from other bar services! I have 30 years of hospitality experience compounded by a Sommelier Certification and I also own a pub where we practice and master all our cocktails we use at our celebrations. Furthermore Tipsy Gypsy is fully insured and licensed. We carry a liquor license which means we can FULLY support our clients with FULL SERVICE. If dry hire (you providing the beverages) is just not enough and you want us to do it ALL - we CAN! Above all, Tipsy Gypsy is a Social Purpose Corporation. Our purpose? The environment! We strive for zero waste weddings. We have sustainable and green practices.

On the day of the event, the bar service was seamless - Heidi and her team handled everything, allowing us to sit back and enjoy our special day worry-free. Tipsy Gypsy Mobile Bar Services was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the first time we spoke with Heidi, we were impressed by her personable, thorough, and knowledgeable approach. Not only did she help us select the perfect wines and craft delicious signature cocktails (with mocktail versions!), but she also provided invaluable insight into other wedding planning elements thanks to her extensive experience and knowledge of the venue. Yes, if we can coordinate a meeting place and it works for both parties, we would be happy to do a tasting. We absolutely recommend tastings if we are pairing wines with your caterers menu. In that case sometimes we can coordinate with your caterer to fully serve you best!

We can offer service either way! 1) Dry Hire - this is where you (the client) provides the beverages and you hire us to bring the bar and serve. 2) Full Service Hire - we will bring the entire bar, all the ingredients to execute the menu we created with/for you for the entire event, then at the close of the event, we take it all away. We do all the heavy lifting and all you do is send a payment and have a few phone calls with us for planning. That is it. We do all the rest!

Yes we do! Wine glasses, champagne flutes, pint glasses and cocktail glasses.

Yes we do! We have a converted horse trailer that is the cutest bar (you can see in our photos). We call her the Tipsy Trailer. We also have a "tent bar" (also photographed) - this is our Tipsy Tent. We also have contemporary bars in black. We have wine barrels and maple slabs for another look. We have a tiki bar. And, we also have a nice white wood bar. Ask for photos!
