Swiss Meringue Buttercream cakes made with local and organic ingredients in Portland, Oregon. All components are made from scratch by Alchemy Desserts. our edible flowers and herbs are grown on site in our garden.

Alchemy Desserts was a fantastic vendor for our wedding cake. Their communication was quick, thorough, and easy - they really understood the vision I had for our special day. While they may not be the least expensive option, the quality of their work was well worth the price. They seemed genuinely excited to help us have the best cake to top off our wedding celebration. Alchemy was very sweet and I could tell they take pride in helping couples have the perfect desserts for their big day.

We ordered our wedding cakes from alchemy and they were so so beautiful! We got a 3 tiered blue one with white piping and bright red maraschino cherries and a mini vegan yellow heart with white piping and they were so cute and delish! Like truly jaw-dropping made all my vintage wedding dreams come true!

Alchemy Desserts made us the most perfect wedding cake! Sent inspo photos and it turned out exactly like what I wanted! The cakes are sooo delicious! The lemon with lemon curd and lemon with strawberry jam filling were amazing for our summer wedding! Communication is very easy and all your questions are answered beforehand. Highly recommend!!!

Alchemy Desserts was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding cake. From the very first interaction, their communication was clear, prompt and incredibly helpful as we navigated designing the perfect cake for our special day. The end result was truly amazing - a show-stopper of a cake that was not only stunningly beautiful with intricate buttercream detailing, but also incredibly delicious. So many wedding cakes are dry and covered in fondant, but Alchemy's cakes are moist and flavorful through and through. Our guests raved about how amazing the cake tasted, and we couldn't agree more. Brandi truly went above and beyond to create a dessert that was the perfect centerpiece for our wedding celebration.
