I’m Rhiannon, the designer behind Artfully Meraki. My work centers on expressive, cultivated designs that blend artistry with intention. I guide each client through a clear, elevated process, creating cakes that enhance the atmosphere of their celebration and leave a lasting impression.

Every cake is one-of-a-kind, shaped with a strong artistic point of view, expressive detail, and cultivated texture. By working with a limited number of couples, I ensure each design receives focused creative attention and a calm, supportive experience from start to finish.     I recommend Artfully Meraki to literally everyone! The quality of their work is incredible, her cakes feature textures, depth, and colors that are truly unique and memorable. The way she is able to design a cake that blends so flawlessly into the overall theme of an event is truly impressive. As a photo/video artist she never disappoints me, a cake that beautiful makes for incredible detail & cake cutting portraits! Seeing her cakes is always a treat, speaking of treat I can't go without mention how absolutely DELICIOUS the desserts at Artfully Meraki are. The cakes are perfectly textured and the frosting is out of this world. Please do yourself a flavor, and ask her to try the carrot cake when you sample cakes for your wedding. (thank me later) Overall, highly recommend!

    I really wanted a cake that would feel like the moment, not JUST fit the vibe. Something that could evoke a lot of feeling — not just for me, but for everyone that got to be part of the experience. In other words.. I wanted a piece of art! And this cake did more than deliver! Also, it’s typical sometimes to sacrifice flavor over presentation. But when I tell you to go right ahead and set that high expectation for flavor, you will STILL be shocked by how delicious it is! And your guests will literally be asking you constantly where you got it from (especially if you get the chocolate cake!) I honestly couldn’t imagine another cake making a moment feel more special than this one did for me!

    We are beyond thrilled with the stunning work that Rhiannon of Artfully Meraki did for our wedding! From the very first message, Rhiannon was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and communicative; she truly went above and beyond to make our dessert vision come to life. Prior to our big day, she went above and beyond and made us the dreamiest and yummiest tasting cakes (see photos). We knew immediately that if she created such impressive works of edible art for the tasting cakes, that we were in SUCH GOOD HANDS for the main event! On the big day, our guests were blown away by the hand-painted cupcakes and our beautiful wedding cake; each piece was an absolute work of art! On top of that, Rhiannon created gluten- and dairy-free cupcakes that not only looked amazing but tasted absolutely incredible. It’s rare to find treats that are both allergy-friendly and delicious, and she nailed it! I only wish that we had saved some cake, because it was THAT GOOD! But it was immediately eaten up by all of our guests, who raved about it for the rest of the night and still to this day. Working with Rhiannon was a dream! She made everything feel easy, joyful, and personalized. We’re so grateful to her for adding such a magical (and delicious!) touch to our day. We highly, highly recommend Artfully Meraki to anyone looking for something truly special. She's truly an artist, and such a gem; you couldn’t find a kinder, more responsive, or more talented baker out there.
