Doozie Doez is a small bakery in Utica. We are a small scale bakery specializing in cakes, cookies and cobblers. We offer a wide variety of desserts bringing any ideas to life. We do wedding cakes, shower cakes, or cakes for any occasion. We also have a bakery bus available to set up on site.

Doozie Doez works with all customers to bring exactly what they want. We use fresh ingredients and try to shop local as often as possible. With our bakery bus, it gives us unlimited opportunities. We offer delivery, setup & a complimentary anniversary cake for your first anniversary.

    Doozie Doez was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding cake and desserts. From the very first email, they were fast to reply and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. Their communication style was top-notch. The quality of their work was simply amazing - they are clearly incredibly talented bakers who take great pride in their craft. The cake they created for us was not only beautiful, but also absolutely delicious. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable and fair. We were thrilled with the final results and received so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful the desserts were. Doozie Doez truly helped make our special day even more magical. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!

    Can't wait to have more goodies made from here! The lemon-blueberry cake was elegate and tasty! Our cupcakes were in all of our favorite flavors and were a total hit with all of our guest. Hannah was a sweetheart to work with and had no worries on our wedding day about our order!
