Hi, I’m Shannon — the founder and operator of Swirls by Shannon! After 7 years working in the fast-paced world of tech sales, life gave me the push I needed to finally pursue my dream of entrepreneurship. Swirls by Shannon is a fully mobile soft-serve ice cream and toppings bar designed to bring happiness (and sprinkles!) to every celebration; indoors or out! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or backyard party, I believe ice cream has a magical way of making people smile and creating shared moments that last. Every event is personal to me — I show up with energy, care, and a love for helping couples make their day one to remember.

Swirls by Shannon is one of the only mobile dessert experiences in Greater Boston built around a real Taylor soft-serve machine — meaning your guests enjoy authentic, creamy soft serve just like at your favorite ice cream stand, served fresh on-site. Our setup is completely mobile and self-contained, allowing us to serve both indoors and outdoors safely and efficiently. Every event is customized — from flavors and toppings to presentation — and I personally run each one to ensure every swirl is perfect. Swirls by Shannon isn’t just dessert; it’s an experience your guests will be talking about long after the last cone is served.

    From start to finish, working with Swirls By Shannon was a pleasure. Shannon's communication was thoughtful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. The quality of her ice cream and toppings were amazing. swirls was a huge hit with all of our guests. Shannon went above and beyond, bringing a soft serve ice cream station complete with fun toppings, and set it up and cleaned it all up seamlessly.
