Coming from an Italian family, I inherited the baking genes. I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago. It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were "too rich" or "too much". I changed to making them into bars so she could have a smaller piece and it wouldn't be too much. Once I found mini cheesecake pans, my life was made! After being encouraged by my friends and family to start my own business, I took the leap and did it. 6 years later, I am still enjoying it.

Please note we are located in Orange, NJ. We make individual desserts for your special events. We have many different desserts that fit into any budget. We do not make cakes, cupcakes or cake pops.
