Owner, Chef

Chef John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1986 and his daughter Chef Jessica followed in 2000 as a graduate. They are the masterminds behind menu creations and flavors. Tracie, John's wife, is the office and dining room manager. Our pricing is based on sourcing the best ingredients possible and by using local growers and product partners, whenever possible, to create an authentic Northern Michigan farm to table experience. This along with our attention to buffet presentation and set up detail set us apart from other companies.

Family owned. Owners are always on site from start to finish. Value in each bite. We like to custom create menus that tell a story for your guests. We freshly prepare as much as possible on site to give a high quality of service
