Hi, I’m Chef Andre, the chef + owner behind Prime Plates. I’ve spent years cooking for private clients, weddings, and intimate events across Tampa Bay, transforming food from “something served” into something experienced. My background is in American comfort, Cuban flavors, Italian classics, Asian and modern fusion cooking. Whether it’s recreating the meal from a couple’s first date or designing a plated dinner that feels like a story, I cook with purpose. To me, catering isn’t just feeding people. it’s hosting memories. I take pride in creating events where you can relax, be present, and enjoy the moment. I can’t wait to cook for you.
