I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. It was a challenge that I will never regret accepting. It was fun, a lot of fun! I had the opportunity to work with some really talented and creative chefs. I quickly learned that it’s not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity. With the help of GD and the support of my family, I took all that experience and fused it with my imagination and created Yooshi Sushi Catering and Event Production.

What sets us apart is our passion for crafting more than just sushi—we create an experience. Every event is treated like a blank canvas, where tradition meets innovation. Our chefs bring skill, creativity, and personalized service to every station, turning the freshest ingredients into interactive, memorable moments. This wedding was a true celebration of color, creativity, and connection — and our sushi station became a central part of that experience. From the vibrant pops of fresh strawberries and creamy avocado to the delicate artistry in every roll, we loved creating a menu that felt both elegant and playful. Our team was inspired by the couple's desire to offer something interactive and memorable for their guests. Every detail — from the presentation on rustic wooden barrels to the careful layering of flavors — was designed to delight guests and encourage them to savor the moment together. Seeing everyone gather around the sushi bar, curious and excited to taste each unique roll and handmade taco, reminded us why we do what we do: to craft food experiences that bring people together in a way that feels personal, joyful, and unforgettable.

I’m serious, the sushi was the best part of the night for so many of our guests. They did an impeccable job, the food was absolutely delicious and they were professional from beginning to the end. I recommend them to everyone I can!

Yooshi Sushi were a great choice for a sushi bar for our wedding. The display was stunning and we received compliments about how good the sushi was throughout the night and weeks following the wedding. It's been 3 weeks and we still have guests talking about how good the food was. The price breakdown on their website makes planning easy and the owner, Farzad was very kind and made the process easy. Big plus that they are certified Kosher, which took care of providing food for our Kosher observant guests. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
