Hello! I am Hollie, owner of Fancy Perfect Occasions LLC. I have been planning, designing, and coordinating events for 20+ years. Designing weddings is my passion! After designing many events my decor collection keeps growing. So I opened a store front in 2018. This is where the collection is on display. It includes everything you can think of to create an amazing event! Strategically placed tablescapes, calculated lighting, and careful planning of all logistics can transform any space into a memorable experience for your guests. I am ready to help you design your special day!

My team and I are dedicated to make the designing part of your wedding planning a fun and easy experience. Stop by the showroom. Bring your favorite people and make a day of it. Have fun designing your day, using pieces from the collection. You can choose to rent what you want for the weekend or have my team set up and take down for you. We are located in Bay City, MI but travel throughout Michigan.

From the very first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Hollie has been an absolute dream to work with while helping me plan and design my wedding decor, timeline and everything in between! Not only is her eye for detail incredible, but she truly listens and brings your vision to life in a way that feels personal and intentional. She has been making the entire process feel calm, organized, and exciting!! Something every couple absolutely needs while planning a wedding. I’ve felt so supported every step of the way, and I genuinely can’t imagine my wedding without her creativity and guidance. If you’re looking for someone who cares deeply about your event and treats it like it’s her own, look no further!! The photo I have attached is my head table for our June wedding! I gave her an overall “vibe” of Disco Garden Party! This is just one example of how amazing her mind is!!
