While I don’t offer centerpieces or tabletop florals, I do collaborate with trusted vendors like West Girls Endless Creations for balloon designs and Angii Mar Events for photo booths—so if you’re looking to elevate your event, I’m happy to help coordinate those additional touches!

A portion of every booking supports causes like animal welfare and veteran support, so while you’re making memories, you’re helping make a positive impact too.

How do I secure my event date?

Accepted Answer

To lock in your event date, we require a $250 deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. If your event is within 20 miles of Babylon, setup and travel are completely covered—no extra fees! Our pricing is transparent, and we include taxes and credit card processing fees in the total. We also offer a discount for cash payments. Just keep in mind, custom orders do require full payment at the time of booking. If you’re adding on a photo booth or balloon styling, the policy is slightly different—a 50% retainer is required to reserve those services.

How far in advance should I book a flower wall rental for my wedding or event?

Ideally? Yesterday! 😄 But seriously, the sooner the better—especially for popular dates like weekends and wedding season. We recommend booking at least a few months in advance to make sure your preferred style and date are available. That said, don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is right around the corner—we’ll always do our best to make it work!

Our signature flower walls—available in both 3D and 5D designs—are crafted with premium, real-touch faux florals for a luxurious, photo-ready finish. For a limited time, 3D walls are $400 and 5D walls are $500. Elegant arch rentals begin at $350.
