    The Hipster photo booth failed to arrive at my daughter's wedding reception in Cincinnati on 11/15/25, despite receiving a confirmation email on 11/1/25 detailing what to expect from the Hipster Experience. We had paid in advance to secure a discount, but Hipster has not responded to any of our emails regarding this issue. Naturally, we were very disappointed, especially as we were excited to see all the fun photos. The absence of the service is unacceptable, and I'm surprised that a business would allow this, as many venues may refrain from recommending them if they are unreliable.

    Stay far away from Hipstr. This company is about to go bankrupt or they are facing serious financial trouble. They are non-responsive and many people have been upset about the fact that they didn't even show up to the wedding reception. Their communication style is scam-like and non-communicative, and the quality of their work is absolutely terrible. Don't use this company under any circumstances.

    They should get zero stars. This company is a scam. They are disingenuous and looking to steal your money. They never showed up for meetings or calls and only sent out mass emails. We received an email from an exemployee claiming this company was a scam. The company reached out to set up meetings with all of their bookings ensuring they would be in attendance and they were hacked. They never showed up to our scheduled meeting. Never answered emails or calls. A week before the event we got an email saying they would be at the event. The day of just hours before their scheduled arrival they sent an email claiming to cancel the event. The email mentioned we would only get money back according to the contract even though they were the ones who cancelled. We have not gotten our money back. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
