Hi! I'm Laurie. Thanks for considering Purple Tulip Design for your florals! I am a home based, small business florist with over 30 years of wedding and event floral design experience. I first started creating wedding flowers in college for my friends and I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to take on the life of a full time designer! My ideal bride and groom trust my abilities and my process, and are ok leaving a little wiggle room for creative license along the way. If this is you, I would love to work with you, and make your wedding flower dreams come true!

My pledge is that I will truly listen to your wishes, so that you get exactly what you want. Your style may not be my style, and that's ok. My goal is to make the flower planning part go as smoothly as possible and that you get what you want. I am very particular about every little detail and hand-pick flowers from my suppliers, create the bride’s bouquet myself and provide either professional delivery & setup or an expertly cool-packed wedding-in-a-box for pickup. Laurie is a genuinely kind person who prayed over our wedding and marriage. She created some of the best florals I have ever seen and worked with me to make them match the floral arrangements I created myself. Her attention to detail is incredible and she included little pearls into my bouquet to match the arrangements I made. Laurie even helped me by reaching out to my venue herself to figure out when to drop off flowers and was extremely flexible when I had her deliver them to an Airbnb nearby. She was extremely easy to work with and made the florals a part of my wedding day that I didn't have to worry about.

Purple Tulip Design did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. My daughter had a fairly non-standard color request, and Laurie delivered. The flowers were amazing! We couldn't have been happier. Laurie was easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Purple Tulip Designs. I would definitely use them again.

I can't recommend Laurie (Purple Tulip Design) highly enough! She did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and they were truly the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. On top of that, Laurie was so reasonably priced and she is an absolute gem to work with. She brought such kindness and peace to the wedding day, and we were blessed by both her stunning creations and her sweet spirit. Choosing Purple Tulip was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process!
