I built my craft around that same idea and made it come to life. With over 15 years in the world of prestige artistry — including my time as a CHANEL makeup artist —I’ve learned that makeup isn’t about changing you; it’s about revealing the confidence that’s already there.     Chelsea is your one stop shop for all things creative. She’s an amazing makeup artist, photographer and designer. Anything she touches she does with such joy and her work speaks for itself.
