This experience features waterproof makeup, lashes, luxury skin prep, body shimmer and contouring, extension application, a premium touch-up kit, and full-service bridal assistance. Brides also receive 24-hour artist communication and wedding day timeline support for a seamless, stress-free experience.

To ensure availability, it’s best to book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (spring and fall). Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is typically due the day of the event.

The trial includes a full consultation where we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and any inspiration photos. I’ll create a complete bridal look so you can preview your style for the big day.

Ideally, 2–4 months before your wedding date. Trials can also be timed with your dress fitting, bridal shower, or engagement shoot.

Yes,travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance from [your city].

Bridal hair typically takes 60–90 minutes. Bridesmaid and guest styles usually take about 45–60 minutes each. A full timeline will be created for a smooth morning.

For hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair (washed the night before). Avoid heavy products. For makeup: Clean, moisturized skin is best. Exfoliate the night before for smoother application.

Absolutely! I can bring additional artists/stylists if needed to accommodate larger groups and keep everything on schedule.

Touch-up packages and stay-through services are available upon request for an additional fee.

I do my best to accommodate, but services not pre-scheduled may not be guaranteed depending on timing. Let me know ahead of time if possible!

I create a custom timeline after the headcount is confirmed. It ensures everyone has enough time and the bride is finished in time for photos and the ceremony.

Yes—a well-lit area with access to a table and a few outlets is ideal. If possible, a room with natural light is best for both hair and makeup.

Viviana at LUXE BEAUTY was so great! The makeup and hair she did for me and my family lasted all night and looked amazing in our photos. She really listened to what I wanted and I felt beautiful on my wedding day. I don’t wear any makeup ever so I wanted something natural and to still look like myself and Viviana did exactly that. She’s detail oriented and takes good care of you. I would highly recommend LUXE BEAUTY to anyone planning their wedding!

Viviana has done my makeup more than a handful of times for different outings & events however, my wedding day exceeded all expectations. Her work is always 10/10 no matter what inspo or makeup look you give her. She is very detail oriented and will keep you calm on your big day. My makeup lasted all day from 8am till midnight and could have gone the next day if I allowed it. This goes without mentioning, her communication and professionalism leading up to my wedding day was always so thorough and she will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel your best!
