Their communication style was truly above and beyond, as they incorporated pre-ceremony meetings and questionnaires to ensure our ceremony was beautiful and deeply personal. The officiant was better than if we had someone we knew marry us - he took the time to get to know us as a couple and crafted a ceremony that felt tailor-made for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring, and thoughtful officiant to make our marriage official. We had numerous family and friends approach us afterward to tell us how beautiful and personal our ceremony was and where did we find out amazing officiant.     While I had no connection with Rabbi Jeffrey Astrachan before the counseling/wedding planning process, I will now consider him family for life. From our first Zoom meeting together, he made my husband and I feel very comfortable and helped us navigate through the entire process. Though living far away, he was always just a text or email away and answered all our questions. He provided lots of options for customizing our ceremony with regard to the level of religiousness and incorporation of family traditions, and ensured smooth flow throughout the ceremony. He recommended a great ketubah website and also reviewed it for the English and Hebrew portions. He made a point to get to know us throughout the process and used that information to personalize his remarks. We had a large variation in the type of guests, ranging from non-Jews with very little religious exposure to a couple of guests much more observant, and all enjoyed the ceremony and Rabbi and appreciated the explanations he provided, as well as the personal touches he added. 100,000% would recommend to anybody looking for a Jewish or interfaith ceremony. Even if you've never met him before, you can feel at ease with Rabbi Jeffrey Astrachan, who will ensure you have a memorable and meaningful wedding.

    Since our wedding day, we have not stopped talking about how much we loved the ceremony that Jeff put together for us. It was beautiful, personal, and better than we could have ever imagined it being. Jeff was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and tailored the ceremony to exactly what we requested. I am nonbinary, so finding an officiant who was accepting was one of the most important things on my list. My partner and I were able to breathe a sigh of relief almost immediately after our first meeting with Jeff. We could not have found a more perfect person to officiate our wedding.     Rabbi Astrachan was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first meeting. Rabbi insisted that we have several meetings prior to the wedding so he could really know and understand us. By doing this, he made the wedding very personable and enjoyable to our guests and us. We received so many compliments of how amazing the ceremony was. It was truly unforgettable and the best part of our wedding!! Additionally, Rabbi Astrachan made us feel very comfortable as a same-sex couple and inter-religious couple. In addition to the wedding, Rabbi went above and beyond and wrote a very personable and thorough letter to the embassy to assist with my husband's green card and visa process. We will always hold Rabbi Astrachan deep in our hearts.
