I’m Jessie & my husband is Dylan. We are a husband and wife duo serving Austin Texas and Beyond... We are high school sweethearts and have been together since we were 16 years old. We have three crazy kiddos and two golden doodle pups, named Kevin and Theodore. We are the crazy couple who is always dancing and having way too much fun wherever we go (just ask our friends; or better yet, you will probably become one!) We have to pinch ourselves on a daily basis, reminding us that this is real life and this is our job! We have the pleasure of capturing and telling people’s love story. Your story.

    We found Jessie and her husband Dillon through social media and after an initial consult decided to go with them to document our wedding. And we're so glad we made that decision! From the initial call to meeting them on wedding day and follow-up conversations in between - they are professional, personable and so talented! We did a quick 15 min of family photos, got a few of us as a couple and the rest were documentary style. Jessie and Dillon directed us when needed and for the rest of the evening when they were taking documentary style images we barely noticed they were there! Our images are the perfect mix of capturing the mood, genuine moments and the 'staged' couple images. Highly recommend them and while I hope to not get married again, would definitely use them for family photos in future!

    If you’re reading this, stop what you’re doing and book Dylan and Jessie right now. I’m not kidding—don’t call anyone else, don’t compare prices, don’t waste another second scrolling. Just do yourself the favor. You will thank yourself for the rest of your life. From our very first conversation with them, we could feel their warmth, professionalism, and excitement. But nothing prepared us for how essential they would become on our wedding day. Jessie is a superhuman. She is the rare combination of photographer, coordinator, timekeeper, problem-solver, and emotional support system all in one. She kept the day moving with absolute precision while making sure we never felt rushed. She stepped in exactly when needed—fixing timelines, adjusting details, giving direction, soothing nerves, and grounding chaos. She saw every small thing before we even realized it needed attention. Our wedding day would not have run the way it did without her. Full stop. And Dylan? Pure magic. His calm presence balanced the energy of the day perfectly. His eye for composition and emotion is unreal. He captures beauty quietly and effortlessly—with no pressure, no posing that feels forced, no awkwardness. Just authenticity. Together, they are the definition of a dream team. And THE PHOTOS… I’m tearing up writing this because they captured everything. Not just the big moments you expect, but: • the tiny glances no one else noticed • the chaotic, funny, ridiculous moments that made the day ours • the emotional in-between moments that we didn’t even realize were happening • the details we worked so hard on • the spontaneous ideas we threw at them • the last-minute changes they just rolled with • the JOY, the movement, the energy, the love They followed every wild whim we had. We’d say, “Can we try this?” and they were already three steps ahead, making it better than we imagined. Their creativity, patience, and intuition shaped the flow of our entire day. But here is what makes them once-in-a-lifetime: They put their hearts into this. You can feel it. They cared deeply—about us, about our experience, about our families, about our memories. By the end of the night, they felt like people we had known forever. We didn’t just get photographers—we gained two lifelong friends. Hiring Dylan and Jessie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Truly. They gave us a gallery we will cherish for the rest of our lives and the kind of support you could never put a price on. If Google would let me, I’d give them 500 stars. Actually, I’d give them the whole galaxy. Book them now. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think twice. They are the best of the best.

    WHEW okay first, I just need to say, Jessie and Dylan are wonderful. They are incredible photographers and just overall wonderful people. My husband (Dj) and I eloped in Colorado in October 2024, just the two of us. Our families wanted to celebrate, so we decided to go ahead and host a reception, and we landed on April 2025. My husband and I live in New Braunfels, so we decided to host the reception in NB. A quick google search brought me to Jessie's page, and I immediately fell in love. I loved her work, and I loved the overall vibe she brought through her website. I contacted her and got a super quick response - quick communication is everything! I was slightly worried before booking because our situation was different than the "traditional" weddings, and I wasn't sure how it would be received. However, our first call went so smoothly. She made me feel so at ease with our non-traditional event, and she was on board immediately. We booked right away! Communication was 10/10 throughout the entire process. We knew exactly what she and Dylan needed from us, and we could easily communicate what we were looking for from them. The day of our reception was absolutely seamless. Jessie and Dylan are like the two friends you'd invite to your wedding as guest anyway! They are so down to earth and go with the flow. They made both Dj and I feel like we were the stars of the show but also neverrrrr made us feel uncomfortable. By the end of the night, they both felt like old friends we had known forever. They kept the entire shoot so playful, and we were laughing and cracking jokes all night. They are so creative, and their photography is truly art. They are not your traditional boring pose kind of photography. They capture the true fun, candid moments, which is exactly what we were looking for. We have been obsessing over our gallery since they completed it (which I haven't even mentioned yet was delivered SO quickly). I have visions of creating a gallery wall for our living room but haven't pulled the trigger yet because I legit cannot pick which ones I want because they are all THAT GOOD! Hopefully this review, and all of the other 5 star reviews, speak for themselves. If you are looking for photographers that listen to you, captures the candid, raw, fun moments of your day, and ones that will become your friend (it's true - we still chat, even months after our reception!!) - book with Jessie and Dylan! You absolutely won't regret it :)

    We are so grateful we chose Jessie Schultz Photography for our wedding! From the moment we saw their work, we knew Jessie and Dylan would absolutely ace the photos—and they did.
