What primary photographic style do you identify with?

My style focuses on people and details. I love to take mostly classic photos, making sure to capture the in between moments, the real couple. I love to capture the details of your day, there is so much thought put into it that I want to make sure its remembered. Lastly I love to make sure there is 2-3 breath taking photos of your day, whether that is with some lovely scenery, a nice framing of the couple or a moment that lives on forever.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing ranges from $250 to $500 for elopements, and $1000 to $4000 for weddings with optional videography upgrades. Please reach out and we would be happy to send you our pricing package brochure.

Question 3

Do you offer retouching, color adjustment, or other corrective services? Are those included or an additional charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes I do, I edit a percentage of the photos for both color, retouching and overall edits. They are included, I usually do 1-2 photos and check the edits are going in the direction you want. I then will complete edits and send them along, if there was any photos you really wanted that were not edited I am happy to edit a few extra.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that we provide your meal?

All my packages are split time options, I do require a break and a meal. Commonly it is during dinner when everyone else is eating but I can adjust as needed.

Question 5

How soon after our wedding will our proofs be ready?

Accepted Answer

When possible, within a week or two of your wedding, I’ll send you a sneak peek. Within six weeks after your wedding, your proofing gallery will be available online. Once you approve the images in your proofing gallery, I will begin your album design.

Question 6

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, as your professional wedding photographer, I will retain copyright of all your wedding images, however I always provide an official copyright release for you allowing unlimited personal use and printing of your wedding photos.

Question 7

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Accepted Answer

I prefer to; however, this is negotiable. I respect your privacy and I will never insist on retaining any right to publish photos of you that you don't agree to. Even if approved by you, I do not post photos of children unless there is specific consent from their parents. But I hope you’ll agree that your photos are amazing enough to share!

Do you charge for travel?

I do not charge for travel within the state of Colorado. For states and US territories outside that area, there are moderate travel charges. My travel fees for weddings are very reasonable, covering only the average cost of a flight. Hotel and auto expenses are on me.

Question 9

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend?

No, just your wedding day. Its such a special event and so important I would want to focus just on your wedding day.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. So much insurance. Many venues will refuse to allow me (or any wedding vendor) on their property without liability insurance.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual wedding?

Absolutely! I wouldn’t miss your wedding for anything!

How many photographers do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Most of the time it would just be me as the photographer, but I would often have my husband supporting me if he is not video graphing or officiating. If you do choose the video upgrade package, my husband would be video graphing on top of me taking your photos.

What do your wedding photography collections include?

Question 14

Will our images be available for viewing online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When all your photos have been edited, you will have an online private gallery (or two or three). After you approve the images, I will share them with your vendors and they (and I) will share them on our websites and social media.
