    Hiring SAE Photo Film for our wedding (and engagement photos) was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the moment we had our first meeting, Sam made us feel at ease and we quickly connected. Our engagement shoot was held at one of our favorite locations. Sam helped us create lasting memories and captured so many beautiful moments. Our loved ones remarked on how natural we looked, smiling and sharing time together, and we couldn't agree more. During the planning process and through the wedding day, Sam was there advocating for us, sharing ideas, getting us excited, celebrating us, and even helped find a last minute vendor when one of ours cancelled by using her network. She celebrated each milestone with us on social media or texting us along the way. When it came to building the day of timeline, Sam's expertise was so crucial. She helped us ensure we had realistic start times for hair and makeup, travel, first look, family photos, etc. She touched on each detail of the day! Sam connected easily with our family and friends. Many commented how she felt like a true friend by the end of the day! We couldn't agree more - we love Sam and spending time with her on our wedding day felt so right! She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend come to life, and then to capture those timeless memories as well. Sam also was our advocate and saved the day when another vendor was dropping the ball. She handled the situation by taking charge and fixing what needed to be done. She is more than a photographer!     I don’t even know where to begin with all the amazing things I have to say about Sam. She is pure magic. I’m getting emotional even just writing this, thinking back on her presence during our wedding weekend. Out of every vendor, no one made a bigger impression on our wedding than Sam. She captured everything: every smile, tear, laugh, every moment worth remembering. I had envisioned chic, editorial, glam photos. And while she absolutely delivered on that, more importantly, she captured who we really are. The silly, affectionate, party-loving people, with huge smiles on our faces the entire night. What initially drew me to Sam’s work was her photography style — authentic yet stylish. Something unique and real, compared to the overly “white-washed” New England aesthetic I kept coming across. And once I met her, it all made sense. Sam herself is incredibly chic, stylish, and quietly confident. From our very first call, she had an ease and warmth that had us chatting well over our scheduled time. After we booked her, Sam quickly became my biggest wedding hype woman. Everything I posted in that 15 months leading up to our wedding, Sam would like, comment, fire emoji and message saying how excited she was to photograph us. It may sound small, but when you're a stressed-out bride, this kind of support made me feel so excited and confident in our decision to hire Sam. As we got closer to the wedding, Sam took the reins in building our day-of timeline. She knew exactly how the day should flow and helped work through decisions with me. Far beyond what you'd expect from a photographer. And when I say beyond, I mean BEYOND— Sam literally drove across the country for our wedding (!!!) When I'm sure any other vendor would have canceled. Her dedication and commitment to her clients is unmatched, with a level of care exceeding anyone else we worked with. On the wedding day, she was the calm energy we needed. Never rushed, never frantic, always prepared. She and her team guided every shot and family photo effortlessly. She got every must-have moment and so so much more. Never in the way, but somehow always there, at every angle. The amount of photos we received was overwhelming (in the best way!). I don't think there were five minutes of the night that weren’t captured. Sam is wildly talented. She probably could have run our wedding and photographed it at the same time. Our entire family was blown away by her professionalism, quick turnaround, and ability to capture the purest, most magical moments. We are so grateful we found her and get to relive our wedding — moment by moment — for years to come. Sam, thank you for everything!! We love you, and we can’t wait to watch your journey continue. You are going to be an absolute star!
