    I feel extremely lucky Amanda was available to be our wedding coordinator. I honestly dreaded all of the planning and details. I’m just more of a minimalist and wanted to focus on the emotion of the day and not get caught up in the minutiae of it all and Amanda completely understood and helped me curate a simple yet elegant wedding celebration that matched our vibe. I loved working with Amanda and always looked forward to our calls. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and she was always such a positive influence. She really helped reduce the stress leading up to the wedding. And the day of the wedding- my goodness she was extraordinary. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I even forgot table numbers and Amanda sorted it all out the day of the wedding and it was a non-issue. Everything was so seamless thanks to her. She coordinated with all of our vendors and helped keep everything on schedule while also maintaining a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. If you find yourself on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator do yourself the biggest favor and hire Amanda. She will help you put together your dream wedding and help you keep your sanity at the same time.

    Hiring Amanda as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made. She went above and beyond in every single way to make sure our day was perfect, not just the big things, but the tiny, behind-the-scenes details that no one else would’ve thought to handle. She picked up donuts for our dessert table, personally handled vendor issues like retrieving new glasses from another source when our original ones were out of stock, and even collected all our floral vessels so our florist could avoid an extra trip (and fee). She truly cared about making the day smooth for everyone, not just us. Amanda thought of everything down to the smallest details. She let us ship items directly to her house to cut down on our load, hand-filled bags of petals for our ceremony toss, tested our projector and home videos at her own home to make sure the setup would go off without a hitch, and met with me as often as I needed just to help ease my anxiety during planning. Her calm, steady presence was honestly one of the most reassuring parts of the entire process. As a very Type A person, I usually struggle to hand off control but with Amanda, I never had a single doubt. That’s how organized, prepared, and thoughtful she was. I truly felt like I could relax, knowing she had everything under control. We cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only extremely professional but also deeply caring, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your day, she’s the one. You will not regret it.

    Working with Amanda Day Events was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her communication style was available and convenient - she was always responsive to our questions and happy to hop on a call whenever we needed to discuss the plan. The quality of her work and value she provided was truly professional and helpful. She edited our wedding timeline to perfection, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly on the day. Additionally, she was incredibly respectful of our cultural traditions and incorporated them beautifully into the celebration.     Amanda did a fantastic job and went above and beyond of what we expected for a day of coordinator. Prior to the wedding, she asked us to delegate tasks to her which was super helpful. We asked her questions and for her opinions and she had some really good thoughts. On the day of the wedding, she helped put together the decorations, coordinated with our vendors, and helped with the clean up. She helped our DJ who is our friend and made sure that everything went smoothly. We gave her a shoutout during our toast since she did such a great job. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator!!
