I've loved weddings since childhood, from sketching dresses in my notebooks to planning my own wedding in 2019. That experience confirmed my passion for coordination, logistics, and making wedding days seamless. After serving as Maid of Honor multiple times, I became the go-to planner for friends. Since then, I’ve coordinated 22+ weddings and events, specializing in DIY and backyard celebrations. I believe a beautiful wedding doesn’t need a huge budget, just thoughtful planning. Let’s create a stress-free, unforgettable day together!

    The literal best person to help you with your wedding! So friendly to talk to and know what she is talking about! She kept everyone on track and kept the ball rolling so that my wife and I could enjoy our wedding day! She kept all the aunties at bay so we could take our wedding photos and even stepped in when our MC was unsure of what was next. From day of, to helping plan it all. This is the best service you can get! Cannot recommend enough!

    We are so grateful we chose Kalyna with Bella Dia Events as our day-of coordinator! From our very first Zoom meeting, she was so warm, professional, and genuinely excited to help us bring our wedding day to life. She made the days leading up to the wedding completely stress-free, always checking in to see if I needed anything and guiding us through the rehearsal when I had no idea what I was doing. On the wedding day itself, Kalyna was amazing. I had made all my own decorations, and she made sure every single piece was placed perfectly. She kept everything running smoothly, handled the timeline and vendors seamlessly, and most importantly, she made sure both my husband and I actually ate — which I know we wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for her. Kalyna went above and beyond in every way, and I can’t imagine our wedding without her.
