    I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Bethany was. My wedding in May at Arrowhead Golf Club truly became the day I always dreamed of, and a huge part of that is because of her. From the very first conversation, she made me feel heard, supported, and understood. It felt like she could see the exact picture I had in my mind, and then somehow made it even more beautiful in real life. Bethany has this calm, warm presence that instantly makes you feel safe, even during the stressful parts of planning. She took care of every detail, big and small, and she did it with so much love and intention. She was also incredibly thoughtful about our budget, always offering creative ideas and beautiful alternatives that helped us save money without ever sacrificing our vision. On the actual wedding day, I didn’t worry about a single thing. She handled everything so gracefully that I was able to just enjoy every moment with my husband and our families. To say she went above and beyond doesn’t even feel like enough. She made our day magical, elegant, and completely us. I’m forever grateful to her for turning my vision into reality and for giving us memories we will cherish forever.     Bethany & her team are absolutely fantastic to work with! As a DJ who's been apart of over 300 weddings, Bethany's team by far stood out as one of the most dedicated and personable teams we've ever met. It truly puts us at ease knowing that the couple/client has hired an experienced, passionate event coordinator and Bethany showed to be exactly that. She was flexible with timeline details, communicating with vendors and wedding party members to create smooth transitions between events, and even handled several last minute adjustments with ease. She reached out to connect with us months before the wedding and provided us with several important details like the floorplan, arrival instructions, etc. We're truly grateful for Bethany and the work she provided in order to create a successful and memorable event!

    Bethany is both professional and fun to work with. She also had a great vision for weddings and knows how to make that vision to come to life. She is very communicative and organized, so it makes it easy to work with her leading up to an event as well as day of!
