What types of event planning services do you offer?

For weddings we offer full planning service, partial planning service, and event management (day-of coordination) services. We also plan other events including corporate events, anniversary parties, bridal and/or baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday/graduation parties, fundraisers, galas and celebrations of life.

What is the process of working with your company, and how do we get started?

Our process typically begins with a consultation (we can do a phone call or Google Meet consultation) to discuss your vision and goals for your wedding. From there, we'll create a customized proposal outlining our services and costs. Once you've accepted our proposal, signed your contract and paid your retainer, we'll begin working closely with you to create the plan for your event!

How far in advance should I book your services?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 6-12 months prior to your wedding. Most full planning clients book 12-18 months in advance. However, sometimes a shorter timeline is required, and we'll always do our best to accommodate requests within 6 months if possible. For non-bridal events, our typical booking window is 2-6 months prior to the event date. But we're happy to consider last-minute requests & will do our best to provide our signature level of service, as long as we're confident that we can meet our high standards of quality. Can I hire for my wedding floral design, even if I'm not hiring you as my wedding planner?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We can provide planning services, floral design services or BOTH services. Completely up to you!

Question 5

What areas do you serve, and are you willing to travel for events?

Accepted Answer

We serve the Greater Houston area, but we're happy to travel to other locations for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and location.

Question 6

Can I customize my wedding package, or do I have to choose from pre-set options?

Accepted Answer

Most couples will fall into a "standard-ish" package but we customize wedding packages tailored to each couple's unique needs and preferences. During our consultation, we'll discuss your vision and create a personalized package that fits your style and budget.

Question 7

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

Accepted Answer

Most of our planners only accept one event per weekend, but never more than one per day. So rest assured, your planner will be dedicated to only your event on the day(s) of your event!

Question 8

What is your payment policy, and do you accept credit cards?

Accepted Answer

We require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. Payments are typically broken into three (3) installments with the final payment being due 30 days prior to the event. We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, checks and bank transfers.

How do you handle last-minute changes or unexpected issues on the wedding day?

This is THE main reason why having a wedding planner is crucial! We understand that unexpected things can and WILL happen, and we're prepared to handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise. Our experienced team will work quickly and efficiently to resolve any problems and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly.
