Coordination Review (Katherine & Megan)
Everyone assigned to our team was absolutely FABULOUS! Katherine was our main girl from day one. She was so open to all of our non-traditional requests and ideas and helped us feel so much better leading up to our wedding day. She was incredibly helpful, communicating with the rest of the team, being super responsive, and asking great questions that helped us plan our wedding better. She’s such a beautiful human inside and out, and our rehearsal ended up being super quick and easy with her guidance. We also had the pleasure of working with Maddie on the day of the wedding. She hit the ground running and kept things moving even when we faced some pretty significant roadblocks. Maddie was so on it that we were ahead of schedule 90% of the day. Her quick thinking truly saved our wedding on so many occasions. For example, we forgot to bring the sparklers for our send-off, and she came up with the idea to have everyone grab a flameless candle from the tables instead. It sounds weird, but they actually looked really nice in the photos and, in my opinion, looked better and more unique than the sparklers would have been. Highly recommend both of these ladies!

My coordinator was amazing in helping with our rehearsal, day-of services, and even went to pick up our groom's cake on the wedding day! Having Complete as a resource and support system, with backups in place for emergencies, was such a great touch!
