Our team will cover every detail from sourcing vendors to creating the prefect timeline. We will be there to reassure you all the details are covered allowing you to stay focused on what truly matters; each other. | A smaller guest list does not mean the details should go unmanaged. Our team of professionals will take care of things top to bottom. From venue selection to day of installation we will be there. All of our weddings receive the same amount of care and energy regardless of size and these beauties are no exception. These weddings are known for their intimate nature and limitless potential for creativity and we want to make that a reality for you. | Our partial planning package is for those that may have a jumpstart on the planning process, but want the guidance and knowledge of industry professionals. We will meet you where you are in the planning process making sure no detail is forgotten. Ensuring that your day is everything that you envisioned it to be. | We understand the trust needed to hand over everything you have been planning and working on for your big day. To help ease this, we start our "day of" coordination three months prior to your actual wedding day. This allows us to create a seamless timeline, assist in final vendor communication, and ensure your day runs smoothly from beginning to end. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLANNER
E & E Design Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, their communication style was detailed, calm, and easy, which was exactly what I needed as a Type A bride. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly outstanding - they were incredibly thoughtful, prepared, and experienced. When we had a rain out of our ceremony, E&E seamlessly helped to transition everything inside, and their insider knowledge of our venue allowed them to work seamlessly with all the vendors to ensure the day went off without a hitch. I can't recommend Maegan and her team enough - they took all the stress off me and allowed me to simply enjoy my wedding day. As someone who has been through this before, I can say with certainty that E&E Design Co. is a true standout in the industry.
An Unexpected Blessing
I recently celebrated my wedding this past weekend, and while Meagan wasn’t originally my wedding coordinator, she ended up being one of the biggest blessings of the day. She was assisting another vendor but stepped in to help with my wedding—and I am so incredibly grateful that she did. Before the ceremony, Meagan introduced herself and immediately reassured me that everything would be perfect. She promised to support my fiancé and me in any way she could—and she truly followed through. On the wedding day, Meagan brought the calm, guidance, and reassurance that I desperately needed. She was always just one step away—making sure I stayed hydrated, adjusting my dress, ensuring I looked presentable, and even handing me a box of tissues when emotions took over. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Despite only learning about our situation a week before the wedding, she became our biggest advocate. If I could go back, I would have hired her as my full-time wedding planner without hesitation. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to handle every detail without ever stressing or alarming me made all the difference. Because of Meagan, our wedding day was seamless and stress-free. Meagan, thank you again for dedicating your weekend to support my fiancé and me. Your hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are forever grateful.

Working with Maegan and Katie was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I was blown away by Maegan's responsiveness and organization throughout the process, and it took so much stress out of planning and the day of.
