With full coordination planning we outline the process for our couple start to finish & assist them along the way. We set reasonable deadlines that help alleviate stress of having to do everything at once but focus on completing small tasks that add to the bigger picture. We have unlimited consultation availability with full coordination. We organize the schedule and details based on your desires and tweak them as needed without bother to you.

Day of coordination for our team is special because we get the opportunity to walk you through the most special and memorable moments of your life. We provide staff for the bride, groom, and to greet the vendors so that no one is lost or in need of resources. We remove the stress and hiccups of that day by understanding fully what the couple wants and being able to make aligned decisions without disrupting your day.

With partial coordination we give the client the ability to take charge but the reassurance that we are available when they need assistance. We provide the basic outline and allow them to follow a solid infrastructure. We have specific check in consultations along the way. This gives the client some independence so that they control the direction of their event but we help to make sure all areas of concern are addressed and sealed up.

This package includes advisement, vendor recommendations, and day of coordinating for a max of 8hours.
