Hello! This is me! A crazy cat lady, mom of three and a wife. I began Events by K. Ann for a very simple reason. Guests come to events looking for great food, amazing drinks and a one of a kind guest experience. We help you deliver that to your guests, all while keeping your event true to the both of you. Offer full wedding planning and coordination.

There is no one wedding alike and that goes the same for planners + coordinators! We offer a more unique planning + coordination experience. From logistics to the smaller details, we are there to do it all with you. We are changing the way coordination and planning is done by removing time restrictions within our packages. We would rather be there with you from the moment you book. We are here for you and your day. From the decor + florals to the bar service to create a custom artisan bar experience. Kari did an amazing job of planning and coordinating our wedding. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, kind and always available to answer our questions and make suggestions about vendors and other details. We were planning from out of town, so having Kari was essential in our planning and I am certain it would have been a mess without her! She is well known and well respected within the wedding planning community in Paso and it was obvious that all of our vendors loved working with her. On our rainy wedding day, she and her team seamlessly moved our ceremony inside at the last minute and transformed the space into something truly gorgeous and magical with the beautiful winery vibes that we wanted while keeping everyone dry. They were then able to transform that same space for dinner. We didn't think it was possible for us and our families to have a relaxing day pre-wedding, especially with rain, but we truly did. Kari and her team took care of everything and kept everything on schedule with every detail attended to, and we didn't have to worry about anything. She also did our flowers which were gorgeous, reasonably priced and exactly what we had hoped for. Throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day, Kari and her team brought great style and energy that helped make our special day truly unforgettable and better than we could have ever imagined. We are so grateful for their hard work, attention to detail and would not hesitate to put your full trust in her and her team to create the wedding of your dreams! It was quite honestly the BEST money we spent on our wedding.

Hiring Kari was a great decision! She kept everything on track with a calm, capable presence and a great attitude. We didn't worry about a thing the day of as she expertly managed our vendors, created a flawless timeline, finished up finally touch ups day of and made sure we stayed on our timeline with incredible grace. We highly recommend her to anyone

Kari and her entire staff were amazing!!! I want to get married again just to have Kari be part of it again. Anytime I sent a 3 am email in a stress panic, she made me feel totally normal and sane again. Our guests all raved about the bartenders she had for the wedding for us. Kari had another wedding that she was already committed to on our day but she still made a point to deliver our florals in person (she did all our flowers too - AMAZING) and stopped by before she left to say hi and give a big hug. In place of her on wedding day was an equally amazing gal Korah!! We can not say enough amazing things about Korah also. She was there for anything and everything all day on the wedding. Hire Kari and her crew - you will not be disappointed and will want to plan a second wedding just to spend more time with them all!!! And when it came to planning and all the little details - don't even stress about any of it because she will have it all handled perfectly and blow your expectations out of the water for it all!! And all the vendors that she suggests - book them all. Don't even question it because they will all be the best vendors you could of imagined!

Events by K Ann was a fantastic choice for our wedding planning needs. Kari was great at responding promptly by email, and if we wanted to talk through anything, she was quick to schedule a phone appointment. Kari truly went above and beyond to make the magic happen on our special day. Not only was she our coordinator, but she also did the flowers, set-up, bar, and had a wonderful serving crew. Everything exceeded our expectations - the room was transformed into an elegant and beautiful setting. Kari and her staff were on top of every detail and did a magnificent job ensuring our wedding day was perfect.
