You want a team to take the lead! So you can focus on other priorities at work and home. Our event planning services start with understanding what you and your partner really want and building your vision. We find the right vendors, and we’ll plan an event to remember.

Perfect for people who need extra support to execute on their vision before the big day! We’ll style your event, create your timeline and detailed floor plans, + manage final vendor logistics. Day of Coordination included to make sure the event goes smoothly.

The guest list may be small, but you want something just as meaningful. Let us help plan something magical. We source 2 specialty vendors & we're there to manage the day.

We'll be your backstage crew making sure vendors are in their proper stations, and we're there to solve any problem should it arise. Add a Day-of decorator: $800. Travel fees apply

    We hired Events In a Crunch for our wedding coordination, and it was an overall exceptional experience. working with Adaobi was a true pleasure from the start. However, I have to say that Mel was the absolute rockstar of our wedding day. She handled so many curveballs thrown her way with grace and was constantly running around the venue to ensure everything was perfect. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of her—we truly appreciated how much she cared about the success of our event and the incredible effort she put in for us. Highly recommend!

    We don't know how we would have been able to pull off our special day without our coordinator Mel. She was here, she was there, she handled every little thing with our vendors, organizing our crowd, and helped make the day perfect. Even when some larger hiccups happened, Mel was ready to face the challenges and let us have our wedding without having to worry about a thing. We are so grateful that Events in a Crunch was there for us and I would recommend their help for any big event that needs to be planned and managed.

    I had Chantale from Events in a Crunch coordinate my wedding day-of. She was a blessing on the big day. She came early, sorted through all of our boxes with our decor we brought from home, kept us on schedule, and helped me remain as calm as possible. My only regret is not having two of her!

    Working with Adoabi and Mel was a dream! I used Events in a Crunch as my day-of coordinator and they did not disappoint! Mel and I met a few weeks before the wedding to pass off all the vendor information and scheduling. Mel made sure our wedding day went flawlessly and I did not have to worry or stress ONCE throughout the day. Mel coordinated all of the vendor arrivals, programming, and clean-up on the day of and I couldn’t be happier that she was a part of our special day!
