Starting 8 - 12+ months before your wedding, our Full-Service Planning Package includes all Wedding Management and Partial Planning services plus venue sourcing and tours, tastings, preferred vendor access, full event design with day-of supervision, guest management, wedding website creation, and additional assistants as needed.

Starting 6+ months before your wedding, our Partial Planning Package includes all Wedding Management services plus vendor recommendations, additional meetings, design consultation with deliverables, floor layout creation & development, and an extra assistant to help execute your vision—ensuring a seamless, stress-free, and beautifully coordinated celebration.

Starting 10 weeks before your wedding, our Wedding Management Package provides personalized support to ensure a seamless day. From the initial consultation to vendor coordination, and timeline creation to floor layout assistance, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination, we handle the details with grace so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.

    Ysaura is the best coordinator ever! She came in with a little over a month left before our wedding and took everything on with such organization and grace. She is great at communicating and helped guide my husband and I through the final steps. She was in direct contact with our venue coordinator/vendors and asked all the questions we didn’t even think about-which took a lot of stress off our plate. The day of our wedding she had her assistant Ariel were there to help us stay on track with our timeline and help with anything in between. Ysaura and Ariel were amazing! All the details-from the planning, setting up, and even down to cleaning up helped tremendously with making our day enjoyable with our close friends and family. Ysaura takes pride in what she does and it shows in her work. We will be using her again for any events we have in the future and highly recommend her services!
