Faux Stems & Co. was an absolute pleasure for my sister in laws bridal photo shoot. Their communication style was on top of it, ensuring we were always informed and our needs were met. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was stunning and incredibly organized. They went above and beyond, contributing to the special day in so many meaningful ways. Lily, the owner, is beautiful on the inside and her work truly reflects that - her attention to detail and creative vision were unparalleled.

Lelana/Lily started off great and ended up nearly ruining our wedding. She lied to the coordinator twice the day of about her arrival time, showed up after guests were arriving to set up, and nearly everything was wrong. I gave simple, specific colors and instructions, even confirming 72 hours before the event. I thought it strange she needed to reconfirm again after numerous emails, texts, pictures, and meeting in person. She was slow to respond, however I tried to understand the crazy, busy wedding season. The only thing correct was the flower wall and that she put up in the wrong place. My bouquet was to have no roses, and was nothing but roses, thorns and all that snagged on dresses. Only got 1 or 3 boutonnieres, which was duct taped! Literal duct tape! We did not get the hairpiece for my stepdaughter. The memorial piece for my mother was so completely wrong and disappointing I cried. The bud vase flowers for the tables never happened. The arch was supposed to match the flower wall, but she put up a patched together piece of crap. I was so embarrassed. Just absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional performance. She deserves 0 stars.

We were absolutely blown away by the work this floral company did for our event—especially on such short notice! Lelana truly brought our vision to life by incorporating fruit into every design, from show-stopping centerpieces to subtle, elegant accents on each table. She even created a custom piece for our drink station that cascaded beautifully from our water dispenser—such a unique detail that people are still talking about. Every element felt thoughtful, creative, and impactful. If you’re looking for that special touch that takes your event from ordinary to unforgettable, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
