Description

Planning a wedding from start to finish, just as unique and special as the couple it celebrates, starts at $4000. It includes unlimited meetings, venue visits, and mock ups. Let us do the work for you!

Day of coordination starts at $1250 or hire by the hour at $225 for a minimum of 3 hours. We treat weddings big or small the same, because a micro wedding is just as special as a big production. The details matter even more with a small guest list.

Day of coordination includes 8 hours on site, but full availability remotely before and after. This is the most popular package. For the couples who have a shorter reception we also offer an hourly rate of $225 (3 hour minimum). Let us do the heavy lifting that day, with light decor assistance, light tear down, ceremony timing, vendor logistics, timeline management and crisis intervention.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my day-of coordinator, Hillary. She was incredibly prompt, unbelievably helpful, and genuinely one of the kindest people I had the pleasure of working with throughout the entire planning process. From the moment she arrived, she made sure every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and so much heart. I truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and calm presence—she made the day run seamlessly and reminded me to fully enjoy every moment.     Hillary was so great to work with-from the planning meetings to the day of our wedding she was so organized. She was so helpful with our wedding rehearsal and took care of everything that came up the day of. SO nice to not have to worry and know that she was taking care of everything behind the scenes! Highly recommend!

    5 stars, had a few issues with the bridal party and MOB, but consultant was able to step in and handle for me, so I didn’t have to. I can’t state enough how grateful I was that we left room in the budget to hire Happy Days. Our wedding was small and beautiful, but being able to take some of the stress off my shoulders was worth every penny.
