Having a team who has your best interests at heart and is an extension of you is the key to actually enjoying the fruits of your wedding planning efforts. We serve as sounding boards, guides, directors, advocates, cheerleaders throughout planning and the wedding day itself.

After working for most of my career on the luxury venue side of events and weddings, I bring a hospitality insider's perspective and well rounded events experience to every couple's day. I'm accustomed to managing many intricate details in a fast paced environment and all of the creative, energetic problem solving that comes with it. Clearing the barriers that create stress during wedding planning is a priority for me when working with couples.

Short Term Planning and Wedding Day Management support begins 90 days out to ensure that nothing important is forgotten, to help organize the details of the day, and to prepare you for upcoming vendor finalization meetings. On the wedding day, we arrive during hair and make up services and depart after your guests have left and your personal items have been secured.

    Sarah is truly exceptional. From the very beginning, she was organized, proactive, and on top of every detail. But what set her apart was her incredibly calm presence. We always felt supported, heard, and completely taken care of. On the wedding day, Sarah and her team were beyond anything we could have asked for. The entire day ran smoothly and seamlessly. We didn’t have to think or worry about a single thing. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every second, and that is all thanks to Sarah. We are endlessly grateful for her professionalism, warmth, and talent. Choosing Sarah as our planner was one of the best decisions we made!

    We would give Sarah and her team 6 plus stars if it was possible (but 5 stars is the max)! Sarah has excellent attention to detail, she’s thorough, great listener, great intermediary between family, bride and groom and vendors, had excellent recommendations with vendors and ideas, she is creative, calm, excellent follow through, organized, and INDISPENSABLE throughout the process. We could not have done it without her!!
