I work alongside you to keep details organized and stress-free, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This package includes help with big-picture planning while you handle guest-related details and accommodations, and I ensure your wedding day is executed flawlessly.	The Month of Coordination package is perfect for couples who plan their own wedding but need help bringing it all together. I step in four weeks before to manage vendor communication, create a detailed timeline, and attend a venue walkthrough to finalize details. On the wedding day, I oversee setup, manage vendors, and keep everything on track so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy your celebration.

Without a doubt, we couldn’t have done our wedding without Carter’s calming, kind personality and her detail-oriented, thoughtful expertise. From the get-go, we felt comfortable with Carter and completely taken care of. From our very first phone call, we knew we were in great hands. Carter is not only a joy to spend time with, she is incredibly organized, proactive, and reassuring. She handled every detail with care, took on many extra tasks without hesitation, and navigated all sorts of curveballs with total grace. She went out of her way to make sure our day ran smoothly and, just as importantly, that we stayed calm, present, and able to enjoy it. Honeysuckle traditions is a top notch wedding planner! Carter is amazing to work with. She is a great communicator, super organized, and working with her feels like working with a friend. Her feedback and ideas are insightful and creative. Who else would’ve thought to jazz up a porta potty with some candles and decor?! Honeysuckle traditions doesn’t overbook, so each client receives a personalized experience with full attention to detail. Finally, as a true local, she knows the area inside and out! I recommend this wedding planner to anyone looking in Nevada County and beyond!
