When you book us, you get not one, but two professional coordinators to make sure your day is the best it can be. Aimee and Norma have been friends for over 30 years — so they're perfectly in sync when it comes to making your dream a reality. ¡Se habla español!

Full Planning with a discount if you have already found your venue, caterer and your photographer or DJ/ musicians. We finish up your vendor search. All services listed in Full Planning are still included.

Full planning and day-of coordination Rental of tabletop decor (excluding glassware, flatware, and dishes) for up to 30 tables, welcome table, and sweetheart table from one of our themed packages Custom floral arrangements including centerpieces for up to 30 tables, 1 wedding arch, 1 bridal bouquet, up to 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 1 corsage

    I can't recommend Aimee and Norma enough! They truly went above and beyond the service that we agreed upon (or so I think). They were worth every penny and then some! They were extremely attentive throughout the whole process and very patient with me and all of my requests. They made me feel at ease and like I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to the day. They both balance each other out very well, and it was a joy to work with them.

    We can’t thank Aimee and Norma enough for making our wedding day so special! They truly delivered an unforgettable and BEAUTIFULLY decorated wedding day for us even though we didn’t give them a whole lot of vision to go off of. The florals were gorgeous!! They attended venue visits with us and helped us understand what prices made sense for a space or if we were getting overcharged. And of course, they were absolute pros on the day of the event—they handled every single detail with perfection, allowing us to actually enjoy our moment without stress. A huge shoutout to Aimee for saving the day when we found out our wedding venue wasn't available for the rehearsal; she found us a last-minute alternative that worked out perfectly. My only complaint is that getting a hold of them between our first few meetings and crunch time (about 2 mo. before the wedding) was a bit challenging but they absolutely made up for it when it mattered most and the result was flawless. If you want a team that will fight for your vision (or come up with one entirely for you), and execute seamlessly on the big day, these are your girls!

    Isabel and Peony Weddings and Events were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They are very conscientious and responsive, always making sure to address any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. The quality of their work and value they provide is unmatched - they are attentive, thoughtful, reasonable, and resourceful. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they helped with some of the floral bouquets and pulled off my daughter's wedding with patience, precision, creativity, efficiency and elegance. I can't praise these ladies enough. They are reasonably priced, and their work is priceless. I am so grateful to having found them.
