While younger than many coordinators, he is not inexperienced, and his assignment to your wedding was based on his proven capability—not due to staffing shortages. Our contract also states that the day-of coordinator will be assigned 14 days prior, and he was assigned and communicated within that timeline. We understand that there were aspects of communication that could have been clearer, and we apologize for any stress caused as a result. After your event, you shared positive comments about his work ethic and your family provided him with a gratuity. When concerns were later emailed to us, we responded, apologized, and offered a partial refund as a gesture of good faith. We never received a reply, and a chargeback was filed shortly afterward, which prevented further resolution. We are continually improving our processes, including enhanced communication protocols and coordinator introductions, to ensure clients feel fully supported throughout their planning experience.
