lovely team
I worked with alexandra on my wedding planning and sarah as my coordinator and they were both very sweet and lovely to work with and very professional thank you girls for making my day so lovely.
Not worth the money
I would not recommend Laura and Co. Events for your wedding planning needs. Her communication was very slow, often taking a full day to respond to my questions and concerns. The quality of her work and value provided was severely lacking - she did not attend our wedding or reception at all, and only offered 6 hours of day-of planning support for our 7 hour wedding. I would not book her company again, as she did not contribute meaningfully to making our special day a success.
Response from vendor•Jan 30, 2026Hi Jill so sorry you feel that way you contacted me 2 weeks prior to your wedding because your previous coordinator backed out... I told you from day one it would be Matthew or Diego... in your contract it also states 6 hours on site and I told you I was going to be in contact with you all day (which I was however you ignored my calls) also revoked access to the timeline file and just plain and flat out rude. Not to mention I also gave you a HUGE discount because you asked if I could match the price of your previous coordinator... I followed up with you multiple times and have text communication to prove it my responses were never delayed however yours were and you were out of town and took a week to send me the timeline which I had to ask for multiple times. I am not sure where our service quality was lacking because Matthew went above and beyond the only thing I asked him not to do was cut the cake as we are not food professionals and don't know how to properly slice the cake into proper portion ratios. besides that customer service and day of service remained fully professional I even sent you a follow up text message after being ignored by you for 2 days. Sorry you feel customer service is lacking but I cannot agree with you there.the day was handled!
Alex was just so sweet simply the best planner we could have hired. She was available all the time like literally 24/7 (minus the holidays of course) and even then if she needed to speak to us she was there 100% even while she was on vacation! We love the fact that we are a same sex couple and from day one she never cared or questioned anything. When interviewing other planners we were asked "are you a gay couple" or other odd questions but alex just got it from the beginning. She treated us as if we were family and helped us save SO MUCH FRICKIN MONEY LIKE OMG I LOVE IT!! Thank you again alex you are the bomb dot com hun love you tons!

Alexandra worked with us during the planning process and then she had one of her coordinators work the acutal wedding rehearsal and the wedding day and she had everything so organized and ready for them on the day of. During the actual wedding day Alex constantly checked in with vendors, me and jose to make sure everything was running smoothly. The organization and professionalism was great her staff is friendly and great to work with also and their presentation and attire was very nice also. Highly recommend working with Alexandra and her team.
