Already started planning but need some expert guidance? Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is designed to fill in the gaps. We’ll help to refine your vision, manage logistics, and provide professional support where you need it most — so you can enjoy the process with confidence.

You’ve done the planning — now it’s time to relax and celebrate. With our coordination service, we step in about two months before your wedding to finalize details, handle final communication with all vendors, manage the timeline, and oversee the big day. That way, you and your loved ones can be fully present while we make sure everything runs seamlessly.

    Chelsea and Paige of Milk & Honey Events are a dream to work with. They took the vision we had for our wedding day and executed and elevated it flawlessly on a short turnaround. It is so hard to find planners that offer coordination rather than full planning and Milk & Honey Events fills that gap perfectly. From pre-event communication to day of execution, we were so confident that we were in great hands with Chelsea and Paige. We are so grateful that we worked with Milk & Honey. Because of their hard work and expertise we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day while Paige, Chelsea, and their team made sure everything went absolutely perfectly.

    When we booked our wedding for April 5, 2025, at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House, we knew the venue’s beauty and character would shine through — but what we didn’t fully realize was just how critical having a stellar day‑of coordinator would be in orchestrating the day behind the scenes. We are forever grateful we went that route. We truly cannot thank Chelsea enough for the incredible job she did as our day-of coordinator. From the moment they stepped in, everything felt under control — calm, organized, and seamless. We were incredibly stressed and anxious about all the many little details on the big day. Chelsea helped calm my nerves and take over stressful phone calls with vendors. Leading up to the big day, Chelsea took the time to understand our vision and timeline, and on the wedding day itself, they executed everything flawlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — they handled vendor arrivals, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure every little detail was in place. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress. Chelsea was calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. So many of our guests even commented on how smoothly everything ran — and it’s all thanks to Chelsea. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it — and if you can, hire this company! It was one of the best decisions we made.
