On Deck Events is a DFW-based wedding coordination team built for couples who want to actually enjoy their day. We step in with a clear game plan, manage the details, and run the flow—so you’re not answering vendor questions in your dress. Let us handle it.
We’re coordination with an operations mindset: tight timelines, smooth vendor flow, and calm leadership on-site. We also offer wedding bundles—pair Day-Of Coordination with our Bar Crew and extra staffing for a more supported, “everything’s covered” wedding experience.

We guide the whole process—vendor sourcing/management, budget support, timeline + floor plan, logistics, and the details you shouldn’t have to carry—then we run your wedding day start to finish so you can stay present. Let us handle it. Up to 65 guests - $2,000. Up to 125 guests - $2,300. Up to 200 guests - $2,400+ | Day of Coordination Package - "The Blazer" (our 90-Day Polish) is our most popular package—the sweet spot between DIY and full planning. We create/refine your timeline + floor plan, align vendors, tighten logistics, and bring calm, clear direction in the final stretch—then execute the day so it’s smooth, on time, and stress-free. Up to 65 guests - $1,500. Up to 125 guests - $1,800. Up to 200 guests - $1,900+ | Day of Coordination Package - "The Button Up" (our 30-Day Handoff) is for couples who planned it but don’t want to run it. We step in about 30 days out, confirm vendors, finalize the timeline, and manage ceremony + reception flow on-site—questions, curveballs, and all—so you can actually enjoy your wedding. Best day of Coordinator ever
They were absolutely amazing—super helpful, flexible, and truly a joy to work with. Devonte was incredible with communication throughout the entire wedding process and brought my vision to life perfectly. I had a full DIY wedding, which isn’t easy, but they made everything come together beautifully. They’re genuinely kind people who made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The pricing is also extremely reasonable compared to many other vendors in the area. I would 100% use their services again for future events, and I highly recommend them to anyone getting married and needing a reliable, talented, and supportive day-of coordinator.

Everything was so well put together from start to finish! From the venue, decors, and the staff were all so amazing. They put together the venue so beautifully for the ceremony & the reception! Parker, the event coordinator, did such an amazing job the entire night! He kept everything in order and perfect to the T! I had such an amazing time & I know the bride & groom were so happy and amazed with the work from provided by On Deck Events! Will be booking with them for my future events !
