    Mia and Hugo were truly exceptional - from the planning conversations and logistics leading up to the event, to the day-of event coordination. They were warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us enjoy our day to the fullest, knowing they had everything under control. They also were very flexible and worked with us on timeline and budget. Would highly recommend!

    We cannot recommend Mia enough!! She is organized, creative, and calm under pressure - exactly what you want in a wedding planner. Mia took the time to truly understand our vision and then made it even better, offering thoughtful ideas and solutions we never would have considered. Throughout the planning process, Mia kept everything on track and made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless and fun. She recommended incredible vendors (especially catering & DJ!), negotiated details we didn’t even know to ask about, and managed our budget with complete transparency. On the wedding day itself, Mia was a superstar. She anticipated every need before we even voiced it, handled last-minute hiccups with grace, and made sure we were free to soak in every moment. Our guests have been commenting on how seamless and beautiful everything was and that’s all thanks to her. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and truly passionate about making your wedding special, Mia is the one.     I would highly recommend anyone who is planning their wedding to hire a planner. It was a pleasure working with Mia, she was very responsive and helpful. I love that she can always give me great advice when I’m indecisive. Our wedding was postponed for three years! And she helped us rearrange everything three times. She’s great!

    I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Mia created a fun and easy space for us to work together and make my dreams into reality. She is responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and creative. I am still in awe with the way everything turned out. It was smooth and extremely special, and I owe that to the Pastiche Event crew. A big perk to booking with Mia is that she has a decor inventory list that is complimentary. It really helped with cutting costs down!!
